Young was formerly vice president of Creative Services at Kang & Lee Advertising. His accounts included AT&T, Steinway & Sons, Seagrams America, Shiseido and the New York Times. He has a Masters of Science in communications design from Pratt Institute and is a graduate of Hong Ik University in Seoul, Korea.
